This Privacy Policy describes how Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Job Tracker, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our AI-powered job application automation platform (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and any profile information you provide
• CV & Career Data: Your CV content, work history, and preferences you upload for AI adaptation
• Job Application Data: Job posting URLs, generated CVs, cover letters, and application status
• Gmail Integration Data: Email metadata used to classify application replies (we do not store email body content)
• Usage Data: Feature usage patterns for improving the Service
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security
• Payment Data: Processed through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate AI-adapted CVs and personalized cover letters
• Track your job applications and update statuses via Gmail integration
• Store and retrieve your generated PDF documents
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send service-related emails (waitlist, early access)
• Improve and optimize the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with:

• Google (Gemini): Your CV and job description data for AI generation
• Google (Gmail API): Read-only access to classify incoming job-related emails
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Infrastructure Providers: Cloudflare and Railway/Render for service operation
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Your CV & Generated Documents

All CVs and cover letters generated by Job Tracker are stored in your account and accessible only to you. You retain full ownership of all generated content. If you cancel, your documents remain downloadable for 30 days.

6. Gmail Integration

When you connect Gmail, we request read-only access to classify incoming emails as job-related (interview, rejection, offer). We do not read, store, or process the body content of emails unrelated to your tracked applications. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from your account settings.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure API key management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Generated PDFs are deleted with your account.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your generated documents
• Disconnect Gmail integration at any time

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
