Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Job Tracker (the "Service"), operated by Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Job Tracker is an AI-powered job application automation platform that adapts your CV for specific job postings, generates personalized cover letters, tracks your applications, and automatically updates application statuses via Gmail integration.

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid email address
• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Own or have rights to the CV content you upload

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered in multiple tiers: Free (5 applications/week), Monthly ($19/month), and Lifetime ($79 one-time). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the app. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload CVs containing false or fabricated experience
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use the Service on behalf of third parties without authorization

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload (CV, career information) and all documents generated by the Service (adapted CVs, cover letters). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content or generated documents.

7. Gmail Integration

By connecting Gmail, you grant us read-only access to classify incoming emails related to your tracked job applications. We do not modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time.

8. No Guarantees

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including job placement, interview invitations, or offer rates. Results depend on factors outside our control including job market conditions, employer preferences, and your background.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to download your generated documents before they are deleted from our systems.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
